To cancel your order follow these steps:
1. Login to your account

3. Click on orders
4. Click on the cancel request button. you have 30 minutes from the moment you placed your order to cancel it. after 30 minutes the cancel request button will automatically disappear meaning your order is no longer eligible for cancellation
Registration delay is usually caused by the following:
1. invalid email address used during registration
2. Unverified , unconfirmed email address
3. If your Account is created for spam or advertising purposes
To buy products or smoothies on our website you will need credit or debit card
To track your order follow this steps:
1. Click on track order at the top menu or got to my account
2. From my account, click on my orders
3. Enter your order number and email address or tracking number
4. Click on the track button
To request a refund follow these steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Go to my account
3. Click on orders
4. Click on the refund button
5. Enter reasons for your refund request
6. Click on submit request button
Note: refund to your BM account or BM wallet are free of charge while refund to other payment method incurs 5% processing fees.
Customers have 15 days to return or request a refund on eligible items. after 15 days customers will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
